Rock Stars is also an excellent addition to any school program. From August to June, except the summer and school holidays it offers a unique way for students to engage in physical activity while developing important life skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, and perseverance. The climbing sessions provide a fun, structured learning environment where children can push their limits, build confidence, and learn resilience in a non-competitive setting. Schools can integrate Rock Stars into their extracurricular activities all year long, giving students a chance to stay active, enhance their coordination, and enjoy a break from the classroom in a supportive, social atmosphere. In this program, children will be introduced to basic climbing holds, grips, footwork, and balance techniques. They will gain an understanding of essential climbing gear, including harnesses, carabiners, and the TruBlue auto-belay system. Each session starts with warm-up exercises and stretching, teaching the importance of preparing the body for climbing. Children will learn to tie basic knots, such as the figure-eight knot, and practice these in real climbing situations.
The program also includes traversing wall practice, where kids enhance their coordination and problem-solving skills. Throughout the course, participants will be encouraged to follow safety briefings, understand climbing etiquette, and work in pairs through buddy support and leadership activities. Fun and engaging climbing games will help build confidence and reinforce technical skills.
As children progress through the program, they will receive personalized feedback, track their progress with logbooks, and set personal climbing goals. The sessions are designed to progressively challenge participants to boost their physical strength, agility, and mental focus.

Children will practice more complex climbing techniques, such as footwork and body positioning, while focusing on maintaining balance and efficiency during climbs. Participants will also engage in buddy coaching, where they help each other improve and achieve climbing challenges.
The sessions include a variety of exercises and games aimed at improving climbing endurance, problem-solving skills, and trust. Children will also learn about dynamic and static climbing moves and how to apply them in different climbing situations. They will track their progress in logbooks and receive personalized feedback to help them set and reach their climbing goals.

The after-school Rock Stars Level 3 program is designed for young climbers ready to push their limits and gain greater autonomy on the wall. Building on the technical and teamwork foundations of Level 2, this advanced level focuses on refining movement efficiency, route planning, and mental preparation.
Participants will learn to analyze climbing routes before stepping on the wall, optimize their sequences, and execute with precision. The program introduces more advanced footwork drills, complex grip transitions, and strategic use of rest positions. Emphasis is also placed on self-assessment, resilience, and flow, helping climbers stay calm and focused during longer, more demanding climbs.
Children will take part in friendly challenges, partner coaching, and light competition-style scenarios that promote leadership, confidence, and sportsmanship. They’ll begin guiding newer climbers, developing communication and observation skills while reinforcing their own learning. Each participant continues to track their progress, set personal goals, and receive targeted coaching throughout the sessions.
By the end of Level 3, Rock Stars are not just stronger climbers — they’re thoughtful, motivated, and inspiring members of the Clip ‘N Climb community.

The Rock Stars Level 4 program is designed for climbers who are ready to take on serious challenges. Building on the confidence and control developed in Levels 1 to 3, this advanced-level class introduces performance-based training in a playful and supportive environment.
Participants explore strategic climbing, speed challenges, mental focus, and physical endurance. Through friendly competitions and guided self-assessments, climbers sharpen their technique while learning how to perform under pressure.
Level 4 also emphasizes leadership and mentoring, giving children the opportunity to coach younger climbers and act as role models within the Clip ‘N Climb community. It’s not just about getting to the top, it’s about knowing how you got there, and helping others rise too.
