Our center is designed to accommodate private events tailored to your needs, whether it’s a birthday party for kids or adults, or a corporate gathering. With exclusive access to the entire facility, you and your guests—or your team—can enjoy a fun climbing experience, learn, play, dance, and savor our healthy menu at the 8A restaurant on the second floor. You can also relax on the third floor while watching the climbing zone from above.
To ensure the best service for private events, we have a maximum capacity of 70 people at one time, with a limit of 50 people in the climbing zone. The restaurant and bar on the second and third floors can accommodate up to 70 people, while the climbing zone and briefing room can hold an additional 50. However, to provide ample space and ensure a perfect private event, we set the maximum capacity at 70 people.

How to organize a private event at Clip’n Climb Bali?
The simplest and fastest way to organize your private event at Clip’n Climb Bali and enjoy the full center for yourself, is to contact our team with your specific needs and then book online. We will work with you to organize the space for your event, whether it involves selecting a menu, choosing specific food and beverages, or arranging for a host to oversee the party.
For all your guests who will be climbing, they will first receive a safety briefing in our briefing room before enjoying the climb zone, including the Vertical Drop Slide and Free Fall (in Add On), a 9-meter-high slide, Stairway to Heaven, and our Augmented Climbing Wall.
To make your event even more special, you can add experiences such as a dedicated DJ, special games, decorations, and more! Let your imagination run wild, and we’ll do our best to plan the best event ever.

Terms and Conditions for Reach the Apex Package
- If the booking is not made online, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- If no meal or special requests (such as decorations or a DJ) are included, the balance can be settled at the reception on the day of the event.
- If a meal option or special request is added, 100% of the payment must be made no later than 4 days prior to the event.
- The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred, rescheduled (once only), or canceled without additional charges if done at least 7 days prior to the event.
- For changes made between 4 and 6 days prior to the event, the deposit remains non-refundable but can be transferred, rescheduled (once only), or canceled with a 20% charge of the total invoice.
- For cancellations or changes made less than 3 days prior to the event, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred, rescheduled, or canceled.
